Because the design went viral and nothing stops a factory from producing something that looks similar in a photo. What they can't replicate is the frame, the cover system, a US warehouse, or a spare-parts inventory you can still order from in year four.

No. Anything you see on a marketplace using these images is not us, and we can't support, warranty or supply parts for it. If you're unsure about a listing, email us and we'll tell you straight.

A solid hardwood frame that runs as one connected base across all the modules — not separate pieces that drift apart. Cushions are double-density high-resilience foam and velcro to the base, so they don't slide, gap, or migrate to the floor.

Chenille, in a tight weave. It's soft against bare legs, claws don't pull loops the way they do on looser weaves, and pet hair vacuums off rather than embedding.

Four, and it takes about ten seconds with no tools: an L-shape, a U-shape, one long chaise, or push the ottomans in and it becomes a flat bed for guests.

Around an hour with two people. Every tool you need is in the box along with illustrated instructions. The difficulty complaints you'll find online are nearly always from someone attempting it solo — the sections aren't heavy, they're just awkward for one pair of hands.

No, and this is the single most common day-one email we receive. The cushions are vacuum-compressed for shipping and take three to four days to fully expand. Nearly every follow-up on day five says never mind.

No. You don't need to own an Allen key — there's one in the box.

Yes — all of them. Seat cushions, back cushions and throw pillows. Cold wash, tumble dry low, zip them back on. Not spot-clean, not professional cleaning recommended. This is why the fabric and the zippers cost us more than they cost a copycat.

Buy that one cover. Everything is sold individually and stocked in the US, so a single accident never means replacing a couch.

It's the most pet-forgiving thing we make. Tight weave so claws don't pull loops, hair vacuums off rather than embedding, and if something goes badly wrong the cover goes in the wash.

Tell us within 30 days and we'll arrange collection and refund you in full. No return shipping charge, no restocking fee, no argument. You keep it long enough to actually know — which is longer than any showroom gives you.

Three years on the frame, one year on cushions and covers, against manufacturing defects. Normal wear isn't covered, but spare parts are always purchasable.

Email us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement part immediately. You won't be asked to return the whole couch over one component.
